Safety Our Quality Control staff works continuously under a
strict HACCP program to ensure you get the freshest and safest pre-cut
fruits and vegetables. Our Quality Assurance manager, Mike Kandiyil,
is commended after every inspection on his efficient record and recall
program. We have two third-party inspections each year, one by the military
and one by the American Institute of Baking (AIB). The passing military
inspection allows us to sell to government agencies such as school systems.
We have been awarded a Superior Rating by the AIB the past two years
- a very high accomplishment by our entire team.
